The Residency takes every woman through the Healing Lab™, the Clarity Lab™, and the Capacity Lab™ in the developmental sequence that produces lasting structural change. She does not leave with a roadmap. She leaves as the woman her roadmap was always pointing toward.

You have tried the work. Therapy. Coaching. Retreats. The programmes that gave you tools and frameworks and more awareness of the gap without ever closing it. You are not ungrateful for any of it.
But the weight is still there. The ceiling is still fixed. The fractures that the Fracture Audit named are still running — and everything you have built is sitting on top of them rather than on the healed, clarified, structured foundation that would let it finally hold.
The SHIFT Labs™ Residency is not another programme. It is twelve months of structural work — healing the foundation, clarifying the direction, building the capacity — in the sequence that makes each stage possible. By the end of the year she is not a more informed version of who she was. She is structurally different.
The Residency does not give her a plan for the next twelve months. It is the next twelve months — and the woman who walks out of it is the one her legacy was always waiting for.

Every woman in the Residency goes through the same 36 group sessions, the same three terms, and the same complete journey. The VIP tier adds monthly private access to Oluseye Ashiru — for the woman who wants to go even deeper.

Both tiers move through the same three terms, the same live group sessions, and the same Commissioning graduation. The 1:1 sessions in the VIP tier are entirely separate and additional — not a replacement for group participation. Every woman in the cohort receives Oluseye's full presence in every group session regardless of tier.

The application process
is the beginning of the work.
Admission to the Residency is application-based. You are not purchasing a seat — you are applying for one. Every application is reviewed personally.
Every application begins here. Complete the Fracture Point Self-Audit at shiftintolegacy.com/audit and have your scores ready before you open the application form. This is non-negotiable — the audit is the foundation everything else is built on.
Nine written questions. Not checkboxes — written responses. The application asks you to think specifically and honestly about your fractures, what they have cost you, what you have already tried, and what readiness you are bringing to a 12-month commitment. The form begins the work before you are accepted.
Within one week of submitting your application you will be invited to a 30-minute Clarity Call. This is not a sales call. It is a mutual confirmation — a conversation about what your audit and application revealed, an honest assessment of readiness, and an answer to every question you have. You leave the call knowing whether the Residency is yours.
If you are accepted, a formal acceptance email arrives from Oluseye Ashiru within 24 hours. Payment is due within five business days to secure your seat. Once payment is confirmed your onboarding begins and you are welcomed to the cohort.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The cohort closes at 25–30 women or on the enrollment deadline — whichever comes first. Early applications receive priority consideration.
