The SHIFT Labs™ · Shift Into Legacy™ Institute · 12-Month Programme
The SHIFT Labs™
Residency
Twelve months. Four stages. One complete structural arc from fracture to legacy.
She does not leave with a roadmap. She leaves as the woman her roadmap was always pointing toward.
What the Residency is
She has the life.
She has the achievements.
The fractures are still running.
You have tried the work. Therapy. Coaching. Retreats. The programmes that gave you tools and frameworks and more awareness of the gap without ever closing it. You are not ungrateful for any of it.
But the weight is still there. The ceiling is still fixed. The fractures the Fracture Point Self-Audit named are still running, and everything you have built is sitting on top of them rather than on the healed, clarified, structured foundation that would let it finally hold.
The Residency is twelve months of structural work. Healing the foundation, clarifying the direction, building the capacity, in the sequence that makes each stage possible.
By the end of the year she is not a more informed version of who she was. She is structurally different. The Residency does not give her a plan for the next twelve months. It is the next twelve months, and the woman who walks out of it is the one her legacy was always waiting for.
The structure
Twelve months.
Four stages.
Each stage is a season. The integration breaks between them are not empty time. They are the weeks the work settles and becomes part of how she operates, before the next stage begins.
The SHIFT Intensive™
Katharsis · The diagnostic
Four weeks of curriculum with an eight-week window and a support coach. She names her fracture, counts its cost across six domains, traces it to its origin, and writes a twelve-month roadmap. She arrives at the Healing Lab knowing exactly what she is working on and why.
Onboarding
The Roadmap Anchor
She meets her cohort, her SAC circle is formed, and she names the one sentence she will carry for the whole year.
The Healing Lab™
Katharsis · Twelve weeks
The fracture she named, closed at the root. Four movements: the Cleansing, the Reordering, the Integration, the Commissioning. One process, applied by every woman to her own fracture.
Integration break
Four weeks
The healing settles before clarity is asked of her.
The Clarity Lab™
Kairos · Twelve weeks
Directional clarity from a healed foundation. The assignment identified. Productive replaced with propulsive.
Integration break
Four weeks
Clarity roots into daily life and leadership.
The Capacity Lab™
Kleros · Twelve weeks
The ceiling breaks. Legacy architecture built on a foundation that finally holds. What she builds now will last beyond her.
The Commissioning
Graduation
All four documents updated. Legacy Statement finalised. Her next twelve months confirmed. She is sent into her assignment.
How it actually runs
Her week, every week.
The rhythm is the same across all three Labs. She learns it once and settles into it faster each term.
Her lessons open in the Hub. She watches them in her own time and works the week's section of her instrument as she goes.
Her SAC circle meets. Three to four women, fixed for the movement, meeting at a time they set themselves. This is where the work gets spoken out loud to someone who is doing it too.
She posts in the reflection thread. Two sentences. The gut answer, not the managed one.
Ninety minutes live with her cohort. Teaching worked rather than repeated, circles, coaching, and the declaration that closes the week.
She books a one to one coaching session on her own calendar, not on a schedule someone else set for her.
Office hours with Oluseye. Open to every woman in the Residency at every stage, with questions submitted ahead so the hour goes deep rather than wide.
The support architecture
Four layers hold her,
and they do not overlap.
More access than a weekly group session, delivered on her calendar instead of ours.
Three to four women who know exactly what she wrote this week. Peer led, no staff in the room.
The cohort session, held by a facilitator so the depth belongs to the women in it.
One to one, booked when she needs it rather than when it was scheduled. Two sessions per Lab term.
In the recorded teaching, in the design of every instrument, and in the room once a month.
Everything included
Everything she needs
to do this work properly.
The full four-stage curriculum
Every lesson across the Intensive and all three Labs, recorded and yours with lifetime access. Return to any of it, years after the Residency ends.
Live cohort sessions
Thirty-six ninety-minute sessions across the three Labs. Small cohort, capped at fifteen. Every session builds on the last.
One to one coaching sessions
Two per Lab term, six across the Residency year. Booked when you need them, on your calendar.
Office hours with Oluseye
Twelve sessions across the year, open to every woman in the Residency. Submit your question ahead. Hot seats worked fully rather than briefly.
Your instruments
The Expression Map, the Master Map, and one instrument per movement. Plus all four Intensive documents, updated at the Commissioning.
Your circle and your cohort
A SAC circle that meets every week, and a private cohort community inside the Institute Hub. The women who do this year together become a lasting peer community.
Who the Residency is for
She is ready when
- She has achieved significantly and knows the life she has built does not fully match what she is carrying. The gap has a name now, and the Residency addresses it.
- She has done therapy, coaching or self-development work before, and the structural weight is still there because the root has never been addressed with this level of precision.
- She can commit twelve months to structured, honest, deep work. Not in a way that disrupts everything, but in a way that changes everything.
- She is in a stable enough season, financially and personally, to make a full-year commitment and honour it without the commitment itself becoming a fracture point.
- She is done building on top of the wound. She is ready to close it at the root and build from a foundation that finally holds.
The investment

How to apply
The application process
is the beginning of the work.
Admission is application based. You are not purchasing a seat. You are applying for one. Every application is reviewed personally.
The Fracture Point Self-Audit
Every application begins here. Complete the Self-Audit and have your scores ready before you open the application form. This is not optional. The audit is the foundation everything else is built on.
The application form
Nine written questions. Not checkboxes. The form asks you to think specifically and honestly about your fractures, what they have cost you, what you have already tried, and what readiness you are bringing to a twelve-month commitment. The form begins the work before you are accepted.
The Clarity Call
Within one week of submitting you will be invited to a thirty-minute Clarity Call. This is not a sales call. It is a mutual confirmation: a conversation about what your audit and application revealed, an honest assessment of readiness, and an answer to every question you have. You leave the call knowing whether the Residency is yours.
Acceptance and enrolment
If you are accepted, a formal acceptance arrives from Oluseye Ashiru within twenty-four hours. Payment is due within five business days to secure your seat. Once payment is confirmed your onboarding begins and your curriculum opens October 1.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The cohort closes at fifteen women or on September 25, whichever comes first. Early applications receive priority consideration.
The nine application questions
Tell us your name, where you are in the world, and what your professional and personal life looks like right now. Give us the real picture, not the LinkedIn version.
Which two or three fracture points scored highest in your audit? What did it feel like to read your results?
In your own words, not the language from the audit, describe what those fractures look like in your actual daily life. Give us one specific recent example. Not a pattern. A moment.
What has staying here cost you in the last twelve months? Name one relational cost, one professional cost, and one personal cost.
What have you already tried? Therapy, coaching, programmes, retreats, books. What worked, what did not, and what do you believe was never actually addressed at the root?
What would your life look like if the fractures in your audit were genuinely closed twelve months from now? Describe it specifically, in your leadership, your relationships, your daily experience of yourself.
What in your current life might make a twelve-month commitment difficult, and what is your plan to protect it?
Is this the right financial season for you to make this investment? We ask not to qualify you but because a decision made from financial readiness produces a different year than one made from financial strain.
Is there anything else you want us to know about why you are applying?
Your guide
The Residency is built by a Registered Therapist and executive leadership coach.
Oluseye Ashiru built the Nine Fracture Point framework from twelve years of clinical and coaching practice across five continents. She is not teaching theory. She is delivering the diagnostic and structural work she has watched produce lasting change in the lives of high-achieving women, and the work she has done in her own life.
Every lesson in the Residency is hers. Every instrument was built by her. She teaches the curriculum, holds office hours every month, and personally commissions each woman at the end of the year.
Jesus is her first devotion. The clinical depth, the structural precision and the prophetic framework are all grounded in that. If you are a woman of faith building a legacy, you will find a guide who understands what that costs and what it requires.
The work is waiting
Twelve months.
Four stages.
One complete woman.
She has been building something significant. The Residency is the year she finally builds it on a foundation that holds.
Fifteen women. Applications close September 25 or when the cohort is full.
