She has never had
the words for it.
In eight weeks, she will.

This is where the high-achieving woman finally names what has been quietly costing her, counts exactly what it has taken, and leaves with a roadmap built on a foundation that holds.

She will be able toName the fracture with precision, not a vague sense that something is off
She will knowWhat it has cost her across six domains, in numbers she can no longer unsee
She will leave withA twelve-month roadmap she can use on Monday morning

The problem

She wakes up already behind.
Not because she is late.
Because the gap follows her.

The week is full before it begins. There are people who need her, decisions that need her, visions that only exist because she keeps turning up for them.

She is good at this. She is extraordinarily good at this. And privately she carries a question she cannot finish out loud.

Why does it still feel like something is missing?

It is not ingratitude. She has counted what she has built and she knows it is real. It is something quieter. Something structural. A gap between how her life looks and how her life feels. Between the extraordinary gifts she carries and the target she has been aiming them at.

So she keeps performing. She keeps delivering. She keeps filing the question away until she has more time, more space, more capacity. Except the time never comes. The capacity never materialises. She is spending it building on top of the gap rather than closing it.

What she is actually carrying

Read each of these slowly.

Notice which ones stop you. Do not rush past the ones that do.

  • You hit every target you set for yourself. You cannot explain why the satisfaction is not there when you do. You have stopped expecting it to be.
  • You lead brilliantly in every room and feel privately alone in most of them.
  • You are the most capable person in most of the conversations you are in. And you are tired of that being the whole story.
  • You have done the therapy. The coaching. The courses. The retreats. Something is still sitting in exactly the same place it was.
  • You perform wholeness publicly and tend to the gap in private. Most days you manage it. Some days it manages you.
  • You know something is costing you. You have sensed it for years. What you have not had is the framework to name it with precision.
  • You are building something that matters. And in the quiet moments you wonder if it is the right thing, or just the next thing.
  • You give everyone around you full access to your competence. Almost no one has full access to who you actually are.
  • The week ends full. And you sit in that fullness and feel, quietly, like something essential was missing from all of it.
  • You are not depleted from overwork. You are misaligned. And some part of you has always known the difference.

If even three of these stopped you,
you are already in the conversation we need to have.

The real reason

This is not a character flaw.
It is a calibration issue.

She has not been failing. She has been aiming her intelligence, her capacity, her discipline and her devotion at a target slightly off from the one she was built for.

Every year that passes is another year of extraordinary effort landing in the wrong place.

The Intensive exists to correct the aim. Name the fracture. Count the real cost. Trace it to its origin. Build a roadmap from a different foundation.

Why it has not closed yet

And why it is not her fault.

She has been addressing symptoms. Every approach has been missing the structural layer where the patterns actually live.

01

She has been working on the surface

Performance coaching, productivity systems, mindset work. These address the outputs of the fracture rather than the fracture itself. She can optimise indefinitely and the gap will remain. The gap is not an output problem. It is a structural one.

02

She has never had the framework to name it

You cannot close what you cannot name. Most programmes give her strategies. What she has never had is a diagnostic precise enough to locate exactly where the fracture lives, which of the nine areas is most active, and what specifically is sustaining it.

03

She has been doing the work alone

The most significant work requires witnesses. Not cheerleaders. Witnesses. Women who are in the same fire, doing the same honest reckoning. That community has not existed for her until now.

04

Every version of this work asked for time she does not have

The work that goes deep has almost always required her to clear a calendar she cannot clear. So she has chosen the version that fits, and the version that fits has never gone deep enough. This is the first time the depth and the format have not been in conflict.

Be honest with yourself

Who this is for.
Who it is not for.

She is ready if

  • She has been high-achieving for years and privately carries a question she cannot finish saying out loud
  • She is done managing the gap and ready to name it with precision
  • Her calendar is full and unpredictable, and she needs coaching that survives that rather than requiring her to fix it first
  • She wants to build on a real foundation rather than performing on a fractured one
  • She is willing to be honest in a room full of women doing the same
  • She is ready for her legacy to be intentional rather than accidental

She is not ready if

  • She is looking for strategies to perform better on the same fractured foundation
  • She is not willing to look honestly at what has been happening underneath the achievement
  • She wants to be carried. The coaching is there when she calls on it, and she still has to do the work between sessions
  • She is in active crisis. This work requires some stability to do well
  • She is not yet sure whether she wants to look at this. She should start with the free Self-Audit

What the Intensive does

She does not simply feel clearer.
She holds the clarity in her hands.

Four documents she did not have before. Each one built by her, in her own words, about her own life.

I

The Fracture Signature Profile

All nine fracture points scored, named and profiled. A complete picture of her inner architecture: what is working, what is strained, what needs immediate attention.

II

The Personal Cost Audit

A documented account of what each active fracture has been costing her across leadership, relationships, finances, health and legacy. The number that changes the calculation.

III

The Origin Map

A traced record of where each pattern began. The messages received, the agreements made, the inherited cycles running quietly underneath her brilliance.

IV

The 12-Month Legacy Roadmap

Her personal blueprint. What changes first. What changes next. A document she can use on Monday morning.

How the programme runs

This is a coaching programme.
She is not left alone with a curriculum.

The Intensive used to ask her to be in a room at a fixed hour, four weeks running. That filtered for calendar availability rather than readiness, and the women who most needed it were the ones whose calendars said no. So it has been rebuilt to hold both. The curriculum flexes around her week. The coaching is hers to call on.

The curriculum

Four weeks, open on day one

The full four weeks of coaching curriculum are hers from the start. No waiting for lessons to unlock. She has eight weeks to work through all four, at whatever pace her life allows.

The coaching

One to one, when she needs it

A coach who knows the framework and knows her cohort, booked on her own calendar rather than on a schedule someone else set. She is never working a prompt alone with nowhere to take it.

The room

Live time with Oluseye

Live inside the eight weeks with Oluseye Ashiru and her cohort, plus a private community in the SHIFT Institute Hub where the Fall cohort works alongside her throughout.

The weeks are a sequence, not a schedule. Week Two depends on Week One. Week Four depends on all three before it. A hard month at work costs her a week of curriculum. It does not cost her the programme.

Inside the curriculum

Four weeks.
Four complete foundations.

Each week builds on the last. By Week Four she is not the woman who opened Week One. She has the documents to prove it.

Week OneThe Name

What is actually happening. Where precisely it lives.

She walks through all nine fracture points: identity, purpose, capacity, rhythm, community, marriage, generational, leadership, legacy. She scores each one with precision. Not impressionistically. With a diagnostic that shows her exactly which fractures are dormant, which are active, and which are acute.

  • Her Fracture Signature Profile, all nine areas scored and named
  • A written profile of her three most active fracture points
  • The language she has never had before
Week TwoThe Cost

What it has actually been costing her.

This week she counts. The real cost of each active fracture across leadership capacity, relational depth, financial ceiling, creative output, physical and emotional health, and the inheritance she is currently transmitting. She will see patterns she has never had laid out this clearly.

  • Her Personal Cost Audit, fully documented
  • A clear picture of what staying costs against what closing costs
  • The decision she has been putting off, finally on the table
Week ThreeThe Origin

Where it began. The root under the pattern.

Fracture points do not appear from nowhere. They have origins in childhood messages, inherited beliefs, formative experience. This week she traces each active fracture to its origin. Not to dwell there, but because you cannot close what you have not located.

  • Her Origin Map, where each pattern began
  • Clarity on what she inherited against what she chose
  • The specific intervention points for what comes next
Week FourThe Roadmap

Where she is going. Exactly how she gets there.

She takes everything uncovered in the three weeks before and builds her 12-Month Legacy Roadmap. She leaves not with a vague sense of possibility but with a document she can use on Monday morning, and a clear path toward which stage addresses her primary fracture next.

  • Her 12-Month Legacy Roadmap
  • A prioritised sequence: what first, what next, what later
  • Her recommended next step, Intensive alone or into the Residency

Why this is different

The woman holding this space
has lived it.

I am Oluseye Ashiru. I am a Registered Therapist, Certified Executive Leadership Coach, and the author of 22+ books. The credential that matters most for this work is not on that list. It is that I have done the fracture work myself. I know what it costs to build on top of the gap. I know what it takes to name it. And I know what changes when you finally do.

I bring twelve years of executive coaching and twenty-two years of multi-sector experience to this curriculum, across non-profit, advisory, retail, financial, ministry and career development. I have trained and spoken across five continents, and worked with hundreds of high-achieving women who looked like they had it together and privately carried the same question you do.

What makes this different from every other coaching programme you have done is the clinical layer. Most coaches address strategy. I address the structural patterns underneath strategy, the ones quietly running your decisions, your relationships and your output for decades. Because I hold both the therapeutic depth and the strategic precision, this curriculum reaches in four weeks what a conventional coaching container takes years to approach.

If you have questions

Honest answers to
the ones she is sitting with.

I have already done so much work on myself. Why would this be different?

Because most of the work she has done has addressed the surface. The Intensive addresses the structural layer underneath, the specific fracture points quietly running everything else. If the work she has done has helped and the gap is still there, it is because she has been treating symptoms rather than origins. This is the first work that goes to the root.

Is this a course I watch on my own?

No. It is a coaching programme, and the curriculum is one part of it.

The four weeks of curriculum are open to you from day one and you work them at the pace your life allows. Alongside that you have one to one coaching with a coach, booked on your own calendar when you need it, and live time with Oluseye and your cohort inside your eight weeks.

The curriculum is what flexes around your calendar. The coaching is what makes sure you are not sitting alone with what it opens.

How does the coaching work?

You book it yourself, on your own calendar, when you need it most.

Most women reach for it when a prompt opens something they did not expect, or when they have stalled on a section and cannot say why. Many use it near the end, to work through their Roadmap with someone before they commit to it.

Your coach knows the framework and knows your cohort. You never have to explain the context before you can start.

How much time will this take each week?

Roughly two to three hours a week if you complete it across the full eight weeks. Some of that is curriculum, and some of it is the written work, which is where the value actually lands.

The eight-week window exists so a difficult month at work costs you a week rather than the programme. The deadline is still real. Eight weeks, and the window closes.

Should I do the Intensive first or apply directly to the Residency?

If you know you are ready for the full twelve months, apply for the Residency. The Intensive is Stage 01 and it is included.

If you want to do the diagnostic first and decide from there, enrol in the Intensive. Both begin on October 1 with exactly the same four weeks of work. The difference is what you commit to after them.

If you complete the Intensive as a standalone and apply to the Residency within six months, your investment is credited in full.

The investment is significant for me right now.

The two-payment option exists for exactly this reason.

The more useful question is what staying where you are costs every month. Not only financially, but in capacity, in relationships, in what is being built on a fractured foundation.

The fracture is not free. It has been billing you for years. This is the first payment that addresses it.

The door is open

She already knows.
It is time to stop building around it.

The fracture has had long enough. The question she has been filing away has been waiting long enough. Four weeks of coaching curriculum, and a coach beside her the whole way. Enrolment closes September 25. It opens October 1.
