The SHIFT Labs™
Residency

The Residency is the 12-month flagship program of the SHIFT Labs™. It takes every woman through all three schools in the developmental sequence that produces lasting structural change — Healing, then Clarity, then Capacity. One cohort. One year. One complete transformation.

The sequence is not flexible — and that is precisely why it works. The woman who wants to go straight to the Capacity Lab is almost always the woman who most needs the Healing Lab first. You do not build on what you skipped. You build on what you healed.

She does not leave the Residency with a roadmap. She leaves it as the woman her roadmap was always pointing toward.

Why the Sequence Is Non-Negotiable

You do not build on
what you skipped.

The woman who arrives at the Institute with Leadership and Legacy fractures most active wants to go straight to the Capacity Lab. That desire is understandable — and it is also a symptom of the fracture. The ceiling she is pressing against in her leadership is almost always rooted in an Identity fracture that the Capacity Lab alone cannot close. The Residency starts where the root is. It ends where she always knew she was meant to be.

The Residency is the recommended path through the SHIFT Labs™ — and the one that produces the deepest and most lasting structural change. Individual Labs are available in specific circumstances for women whose diagnostic profile and clinical assessment indicate a clear, targeted starting point outside the full sequence.
