The Shift Intensive exists for the high-achieving woman who has been executing at an exceptional level and cannot explain why the results still feel like they are falling short of something she cannot name. She is not in crisis. She is at a ceiling. And no new strategy, no next programme, no productivity system has been able to move it.

That ceiling is structural. It lives beneath the achievement. And the only thing that moves it is the work underneath the work.

What happens in four weeks:

In Week 1 you name what has been unnamed. Using the Nine Fracture Points framework you identify with precision which fractures are most active in your life right now and what each one looks like in practice. This is not a personality test. It is a diagnostic — and the clarity it produces is immediate.

In Week 2 you count the real cost. Not the abstract cost. The specific, personal, accumulated cost of each fracture across every major area of your life — your relationships, your professional output, your physical capacity, your generational legacy, and the inheritance you are building for the generation after you.

In Week 3 you trace each fracture to its origin. This is the most significant week of the four. When you can see where a fracture began — the conditioning, the wound, the inherited pattern — you can finally address it at the root rather than managing it at the surface indefinitely.

In Week 4 you make the shift decision. You have named the fracture, counted the cost, and understood the origin. Now you choose. You build your personal 12-month roadmap and you write your Legacy Statement — a single sentence declaring what you are building and why it matters. You read it aloud to the women in the room. They bear witness. This is not a graduation. It is a commissioning.

Your Fracture Point Map. Your Cost Audit. Your Origin Map. Your personal Shift Into Legacy Roadmap. Four documents that become some of the most important things you have ever written about your own life.

The format:

One live 80-minute Zoom session per week. A small cohort of 15 to 25 women. A private community between sessions. Personal support resources including a Fracture Point Self-Audit PDF and a between-session audio reflection from Oluseye after Week 2.

Who leads this:

Oluseye Ashiru is a psychotherapist, legacy leadership coach, and author of 22 books. She has worked at the intersection of clinical depth and strategic leadership for over twelve years — with individual clients, group cohorts, and women’s leadership communities across Canada, Nigeria, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The Shift Intensive is the programme she wished existed when she needed it most.

What happens after:

The Shift Intensive is the beginning, not the destination. Women who complete it are offered priority access to the Healing Lab — the 12-week Signature Lab where the deep structural work of what you uncovered in the Intensive gets fully addressed at the root level.
